How does it work
Life coaching works, this is beyond dispute. Millions of
people from around the world have achieved their dreams and are living the life
they want. With my help, you too can also change your life and do things that
you have only dreamed of.
Life coaching starts by identifying where you are right now
in your life. This can be a difficult process if you have never done it before
as it can be quite hard to look at yourself critically. To help you look at all
aspects of your life I use the
Wheel of life
which I have all my clients fill in before starting
the coaching process.
Once you have completed the wheel of life we can then decide on
a Life Mission, this is the big thing that you want to do
with your life and all other goals and aims should relate to this. Don't worry
if you cannot imagine anything as vast as a Life Mission at the moment, this
often only comes after a period of time working on smaller goals.
Finally we discuss and prioritise all things that you want
to do, and then work together to achieve them. I will act as your guide and mentor to give you support and
encouragement when you need it. I will also look at and change any negative perceptions
that you have of yourself and use NLP techniques to allow you to visualise your future
to be as real as it is possible to be.
